UPDATE: I just did a search today and learned Season 02 is also on the way March 26 2013!

I finally got my Digimon Season 01 dvd this week. For those who don't already know, it's the first time an entire digimon season has been officially released in America. If you want more, buy the heck out of it, and tell your friends to do the same. Buy it for your friends and make them fans! It's looking like many online retailers have gone down to $34 range. In addition to the 52 eps, the box set also includes a 36 page Character Guide Book, and a gallery of over 40 behind the scenes sketches.

Looks like this is being distributed by "Flatiron Film Company" / newvideo.com. In addition to buying it, or if you can't yet, or ask for it as a holiday present, be sure to google these guys - Tell them you're a digimon fan and you want them to release the rest of the seasons and the other dubbed movies! Thank them for finally bringing us Digimon on dvd. Spread the word!

I got my copy from Wal*Mart a few weeks back, and the episodes all look and sound great! Sure brings back meories of eagerly waiting for the new episodes to air back on Fox Kids...when there still was a Fox Kids.

Oooh, I was hoping they'd release Season 2 as well! Now all they need to do is an official release of the third season soon after and everything will be awesome.

I'm not into the English Dub...im too familiar with the latinamerican Spanish version. I grew up with that one. I also think that the japanese audio options would have been fantastic. I'll have to stick to my downloaded episodes for now ; u ;
